What's a
Visionary Leader?
The “visionary” leader is a leader who sees the world through the heart of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and eyes of her or his people. "As pastors, it does not matter how convinced we are that our vision is the right one for our people. If it is a vision that we only came up with all by ourselves in the isolation of our own office, it will be just our own vision, which will remain compelling and impressive only to ourselves." -Elmo D. Familiaran
Visionary leadership encourages innovation and collaboration by building a vision inspired by a common goal (repentance, salvation, deliverance, love and acceptance). These leaders develop the core values of the ministry, such as character, integrity and discipline. This leadership style encourages creativity, encourages members to develop individual skills, and improves morale within the culture of the church. All these things are valuable unto the Kingdom of God.

My Story
Who Am I?
I am a woman of many hats, honors, and accolades—but that’s not what matters most. What I want you to know above all is this: I love Jesus, and my heart burns passionately for God.
Here’s My Why:
In October 2015, I found myself in a season of deep grief—teetering on the edge of depression. Life felt purposeless, and I was quickly losing the drive to press forward. Then, around 4:00 a.m., everything changed. I had a true supernatural encounter—a visitation from the Lord.
In a dream, the angel of the Lord appeared and took me aboard a ship into the middle of the deep sea. I was overwhelmed with a peace so still and profound it was almost indescribable. The angel then raised his hand to the sky and, with a single wave of his finger, made an incision in the soft blue heavens. The sky peeled back like a blanket, and before me, the glory of Heaven was revealed.
What I saw, heard, and felt was unlike anything I had ever experienced—it was beyond words. I’ll share more details another time, but for now, let me get to the point. Suddenly, I was standing in the presence of God Almighty—Alpha and Omega, Adonai, Creator of Heaven and Earth. I immediately fell to my face in awe.
In that divine moment, the Lord called me out and gave me a charge: to build a people who would read His Word authentically and encounter Him in ways they never imagined possible.
From that day forward, I began studying the Bible like never before. But this time, something was different—my encounter had unlocked a fresh revelation. The Scriptures came alive. They were no longer just words on a page, but a living, breathing source of truth and direction.
As John 1:1 says:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
That verse now defines my life.
In the Word, I am truly with God. His presence became undeniable. A fire ignited in me—a holy urgency to tell everyone I could that God is real and Jesus loves us.
I started simply—hosting Bible studies and conferences, with no desire to pastor, only to share the gospel. But in September 2022, the Spirit of the Lord gave me a new assignment: Emerge Outreach Center.
And so, out of obedience, here we are—building a people who will carry God’s Word with boldness and spread it like an untamed fire from nation to nation.

About The Center
Emerge Outreach Center
The Lord gave me this vision to open a facility that would not just be a place of worship unto him but an apostolic hub of resources for spiritual and professional growth and development. "What do we do for the people after we pray for them and give them the word of God?", I asked the Lord. I heard direction and instruction needs to come with resources and solutions. So, I believe the Lord has giving me the vision to allow Emerge to be a body of resources that would help people with education, employment, job retention, mental health, financial literacy, childcare and so much more. We are creating this hub by merging with like-minded ministries, educational institutes and community organizations that we may meet the needs of the people. That's what Kingdom does!
